You won’t believe the drama I’ve been through lately. I’m talking a full-on drama series, starring me, SHEIN, and a missing package. 😤


it all started on December 9th, 2024… šŸ“¦

Picture this: I’m ordering cute stuff from SHEIN like I always do. They’ve never let me down before, so I was confident when I hit ā€œPlace Orderā€ right.

According to them, my package was supposed to arrive around December 23rd. No problem! I even mentally prepared for their usual trick: splitting orders into multiple packages. Three packages this time, because why not? I guess they think people enjoy that shit. šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

By December 13th, delivery notifications. The first two packages arrived early. Woohoo!  They left them right at Bajan Pack, my trusty shipping agency. How did I know? Once a package arrives, Bajan Pack notifies me via email.

But wait… where’s package #3? It’s fine, I guess. Delays happen. So I waited. In vain obviously.


December 17th: hope and betrayal šŸŽ­

On December 17th, I got a delivery notification for the third package. Along with pictures! Problem solved? I wish. SHEIN showed a picture of the package left somewhere, but here’s the kicker: we didn’t know where.

Although one of the photos showed Bajan Pack’s door sign. Where were the other pictures taken?

At the time, I didn’t know what the Miami location for Bajan Pack looked like, so I assumed everything was fine.


January: the mystery deepens šŸ”®

Fast forward to early January, I received the invoices for the first two packages. Got them in my possession and everything. Cool. But where’s package #3’s invoice?

I contacted Bajan Pack, sent them all the details, and guess what? The photo with their sign was legit, but the other two? They had no clue where that was. They even sent me pics of their location for reference and advised me to contact the carrier.

Now, here’s where it gets fun. I reached out to SHEIN’s customer service and had the pleasure of speaking to not one, not two, but THREE representatives. Each one assured me the package was delivered correctly.

Oh, so y’all were there? Ok. Why did no one sign for it then? Exactly.

Oh and the carrier? No response to date. Not even kidding and trust me, I TRIED.

One order, same address, three packages, and one mysteriously disappeared. Make it make sense!

Finally, one representative told me the issue was escalated to a special department and I’d get an update in 7 days.

My friends, it’s been 16 days. Maybe they’re on a different timeline or on something altogether. Orrrrrr maybe they’re just… busy? With what, I don’t know, but it’s definitely not helping me.


So, that’s my story on SHEIN and the runaway package if you will. Will I ever get a replacement or refund? Stay tuned (I guess). For now, I’ll just sit here, annoyed, with my half-completed order. šŸ˜’
