Happy Valentine’s Day, friendsies! 💕✨

This year, I went all out with the decorating, and even though I’m sharing this late (don’t judge me lol), consider it inspiration for next year! Because trust me, once you start adding hearts everywhere, you won’t be able to stop. I mean, who said Valentine’s Day can’t last all year? 😌(Shakira… get serious).

Everything is from Amazon and SHEIN (🙄), down to the curtains! Now, let’s get into the juicy details of my V-Day home makeover!

throw pillows, pompas grass & a centerpiece glow-up ✨

You know I had to dress up my throw pillows, right? I swapped out the Christmas covers for some festive, romantic ones that scream “I love love” but in an aesthetically pleasing way. A little pink, a little white, a little “Cupid lives here”—the perfect combo.

Next up, pompas grass for a soft, dreamy touch, and a simple table runner to pull everything together.

the curtains that stole my heart 🪄💖

Ahhh, the curtains. A true love story. The pink ones? recycled. I bought those for Christmas 2023, and they’ve been serving their purpose, but the cream/white ones? When I saw them on SHEIN, it was love at first sight (pun absolutely intended).

Tassels. Fine details. Luxury vibes on a budget. And the quality? Immaculate. I would marry these curtains if I could. (Yeah Josh… don’t read this).

the picture wall: a seasonal must-have 🖼️

If you know me, you know every holiday the pictures get switched. This year’s lineup? Chic, girly, and Pinterest-approved.

To fill some empty space, I added these adorable heart banners (minimalism guys, not scantiness 😭). They would be so cute hanging down any window, door, or just randomly anywhere your heart desires. And the final touch? Bows! I literally just tied pink ribbon and boom—instant cuteness.

the staircase: pom poms & pure happiness 💕

Okay, this part might be my favorite, actually, everything is my favorite because it’s all pink. (Ahahahaha, are we even surprised?) I found this pom pom garland that looks like a Valentine’s Day cloud (not really) and I draped it along the staircase. I’ll leave you to tell me how cute that is.

vase of roses for the TV area because a little floral moment is necessary. You know, for the ambiance. 🌹

the kitchen + the infamous tiny tray 🍽️😂

The kitchen cabinets? Decorated.
The fridge? Covered in cute heart magnets.

The counter? Well… here’s where things got a little interesting.

So, I saw this festive tier tray setup that I thought would be perfect for my countertop. Found all the decor pieces, but… the tray wasn’t included. Cool, no big deal—I’ll just find my own tray, right?

Yeah.

Long story short, I ended up with a silver tray that was WAY too small for everything I planned. So, I had to do some creative restructuring (aka force everything to fit in a very questionable way). Did it turn out how I imagined? Absolutely not.

Do I still think it’s cute? Yes. 😂

outdoor decor: hearts everywhere! ❤️✨

For the outdoor vibe, I kept it simple but cute:
✔️ Two heart-shaped wreaths (one for each door)
✔️ Garland & lights for the windows
✔️ More heart banners (because I had more to spare)

And let’s not forget my clothing rack— obviously, it had to match the theme. Duh. 😌

that’s a wrap

So that’s my Valentine’s Day decor show + tell—cute, festive, and a little chaotic, just the way I like it (or the way it likes me, sigh)! 💕 Do you decorate for V-Day, or do I have to force—I mean, encourage you? 😏 It’s so much fun, and honestly, it just makes your space feel so warm and love-filled.

Anyways, enough yapping—I hope you had (or are having) the best Valentine’s Day, whatever you decided to do! TTYL! 😘✨
