Soooo, your girl had a special occasion on the calendar—my godson’s christening 🍼. Which basically meant:
- I couldn’t outshine the baby (he’s the star, obviously).
- But I also couldn’t pull up looking dusty. Besides… when do I EVER do that? 💅🏽 Let’s get into it!

First things first, the outfit hunt. Do you know how hard it is to look “respectable church chic” but still “Instagram cute”? The struggle is real. I laid everything out to make sure the vibes were vibing:

This is where the fun really begins.
Makeup: A little foundation, concealer, mascara and some lip gloss. I kept things simple but polished—think soft glam, not “red carpet.”
Hair: I mean come on… technically the hair’s already done. I literally just wore it down.

And boom—she’s ready. Presentable, godmother-approved, and yes, I even managed to be on time. Actually I was the first one there 😂. Miracles do happen.

The ceremony itself was beautiful—family, love, faith and fashion all wrapped up in one moment. I’m so honored to be little Kai’s godmother, and no I didn’t cry – what are emotions? I’m literally a soldier🫡.
