The holidays are officially around the corner, and my sister and I decided it was the perfect time to give our bathroom a little refresh. Naturally, that meant one thing… we had to go shoppinggggg 😂🛒
Paint, Accessories & ALL the Christmas Distractions 🎄
First stop: KOOYMAN. Mission? Paint and bathroom accessories.
But if you know me, you know that the Christmas decor section was a HUGE distraction. Like omg… look how pretty! I almost forgot what I actually went for — lol just kidding.
Back to business: after a bit of a hunt, we found the perfect blue paint. Grabbed a quarter pint, and we were outta there… except, wait, THE ACCESSORIES!
Yes, guys, it’s Christmas, my brain is all over the place. We found a silicone shower caddy — why didn’t I know these existed before?! The stainless steel ones are a complete waste of time. It’s like they start rusting the very next day! I also grabbed a hand soap dispenser to match the vibe. Do It Best Megastore: Christmas Heaven 🎁
Next up, Do It Best — not just any store, but the megastore in Welches. If you thought KOOYMAN had amazing Christmas decor… honey, you ain’t seen nothing yet 😍.
We were technically there for countertop paint (spoiler: we still didn’t get it), but wow… our eyes were blessed with elite Christmas vibes. So many colors, styles, themes… I was basically in Christmas heaven for a few hours.
Patio Prep: Winter Wonderland or Cozy Blue Christmas? ❄️💙
Back home, I started decorating the patio trees. Usually, my house would already be decked out, but since a few more projects are on the list this year, we’re running a little behind.
Still… the patio is about to be looking soooo cute! Is it giving winter wonderland, cozy blue Christmas, or both? 🎄✨ You decide.
Then it was time for the wreaths.

Now onto the bathroom. Wait… when did I sign up for all this extra work? No idea, but let’s gooo.
First mission: paint the cabinet doors. Remember the blue we picked up? Oh girl… it’s bluing! Just look at this perfection 💙✨. And yes, apparently I’m a painter now, LOL.
