I’m posting my Christmas decor earlier than last year, and honestly? That’s character development. Progress. Maturity. Love to see it.
As you already know, I am a Christmas GWORL. Actually—scratch that—please refer to me as Mrs. Claus from here on out. Thank you very much. 🎅🏽✨
Now, full transparency: I did leave out a few areas this year. The kitchen and bathroom were refreshed, yes… but decorated? Absolutely not. Ya girl has nothing to show there 😂. If you were following along, you already know.
BUT don’t worry because every other space? Magical. Festive. Giving Hallmark movie vibes. So enough of me yapping—let’s get into it.
The Star of the Show: The Main Christmas Tree 🎄✨
Let’s start with the moment. The main Christmas tree in the living room.
She’s gold.
She’s pretty.
She’s elegant.
And yes… I’m obsessed. Aren’t you? 😌
The indoor Christmas decor theme this year was emerald green, gold, and brown—a cozy, classy, and warm combo if you ask me. I had the vision, I trusted the vision, and thank God it actually turned out how I imagined because we ALL know that doesn’t always happen 😂.
Here’s where everything came from:
- 💚 Emerald green ornaments → Amazon
- 🎀 Ribbon for diy bows → Amazon
- 🤎 Brown ornaments → Tasha’s Wonderland (right here in Barbados 🇧🇧)
- ✨ Gold ornaments → wait for it…
These ornaments were originally a bunch of random colors. I simply recycled them and spray-painted them gold. LISTEN. Do not sleep on spray paint. It is a game changer and will save you SO much money. Period.
The Second Tree (Because One Is Never Enough) 🎄
Speaking of trees… there’s another little cutie sitting by the TV.

She may be small, but she’s still doing her thing.
Living Room Glow-Up ✨🛋️
Now let’s talk living room Christmas decor.
- Swapped out the throw pillows for some festive covers emerald green & beige (Amazon again, of course)
- Changed the curtains to match the vibe
- And just like that… BOOM 💥
A cozy, festive space perfect for chilling, vibing, and pretending I don’t have a million things to do.
Sometimes… I really do work magic. ✨
The Picture Wall That Tried Me 😮💨🖼️
The picture wall this year?
Yeah… she and I had BEEF.
I was fighting with this wall the entire time, but somehow we came to an agreement, and honestly? We ate that. No crumbs.
For wall art, I always use Printjoy. Trust me when I say—they have it ALL. If you’re looking to create a gallery wall or refresh your space, they’re that girl.
The Cozy Staircase Moment 🎀✨
The staircase is giving… coquette Christmas.
I don’t make the rules.
Something about the gold beads just did it for me. Funny enough, this wasn’t even the finished look because I almost forgot I had them and added them at the very last minute 😂. The more you know.
I did have to DIY a few pieces for this setup, but don’t worry—I’ve got you covered in the vlog.
Outside Christmas Decor (No Snow, Still Icy ❄️😂)
That’s it for inside… let’s go outside, girl!

If you remember the blue decor from inside last year—she’s outside now, mixed with a few other colors. I LOVE repurposing decor and creating new looks.
Also… IT SAVES MONEY. HELLO?! 💸
No spray snow on the windows this year 😭. I ran out, and every chance I had to buy more, I simply wasn’t thinking about it. Tragic.
Balcony Decor + The Icicle Light Drama 😭💡
Now let’s head to the balcony where we added:
- 🎄 Another Christmas tree
- ❄️ Icicle lights
Funny backstory about these lights…
I went to the store looking for pastel blinking icicle lights. Found them. Tested them. Bought two boxes.
When I put them up?
- They don’t blink.
- They aren’t pastel.
I’m standing there like… HUH? 😐
Clearly, I was so excited that I only checked if they worked and didn’t look at anything else. AND THEN—to make matters worse—while installing them, they just… popped.
Like are you kidding me?! You little piece of— 😭
Thankfully, it only broke at the receiver end, it was repairable, and by the grace of God… we lit 🔥✨.

So that’s my Christmas decor for this year.
Did I want to do more? Yes.
Did time allow it? Absolutely not.
But that’s okay because:
- There are more holidays coming
- The year is literally restarting
