Let’s get straight into it because this Christmas was actually a vibe 😂.
christmas eve shenanigans 🤭
So it’s Christmas Eve. I stayed up until midnight playing Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch because… why not? LOL. And then I had a thought. It’s basically Christmas already. So yes, I opened my gifts. On purpose. Zero regrets.
First up was this beautiful dress and when I tell you I screamed… scream with me real quick — AHHHHHH 😭😂. This dress is so cute it’s about to become my uniform. Please don’t judge me, I already know I’m wearing it everywhere.
Next came some accessories and listen… Forever 21 stays having the goods. Every single time. They were so cute, so me, very much my vibe.
Then came the star of the show: a pink duffle bag. Not just any duffle bag. A pink one. I’ve wanted one of these for so long and I got it at the perfect time because I recently got a ton of tech stuff for my birthday (yes, I know I haven’t shown you yet — it’s coming 👀). This bag was exactly what I needed and I’m obsessed. Love, love, LOVE.
One more thing before we move on… Bath & Body Works vanilla spray. GIRL. When I tell you this smells like a literal burst of vanilla? If you know me, you know vanilla is my all-time favorite scent. This one ate. I did get more stuff too, but everything is in my Christmas vlog on YouTube, so go watch that 👀.
After all that excitement… it was time for bed.
christmas morning & pilates reflections 🤍
Morning came and as much as I would’ve loved some more surprises… I already opened everything 😂. So I got straight into editing my last Pilates class of the year.
And honestly? That moment hit me.
It’s wild seeing how much I’ve grown in the Pilates world. I went from being a complete beginner — not even knowing what a roll up was — to becoming a beginner mat Pilates teacher, and now a year and a half later, I’m understanding and doing even more advanced movements.
Sometimes you really just have to bet on yourself. No dramatic speech, just facts. Anyways… moving on LOL.
christmas lunch (thank God it was prepped early 😭)
After that, it was finally time for food. And let me just say — THANK SWEET BABY JESUS the food was prepared on Christmas Eve because whew. Everything takes foreverrrrr to cook on Christmas Day.
Here’s what our Christmas lunch menu looked like:
- Rice and red beans
- Baked pork
- Baked chicken
- Corn pie
- Sweet potato pie
- Macaroni pie
- Steamed vegetables
- Ham (of course)
- Plantain
- Coleslaw
Did I eat all of that at once? Please imagine me giving you a blank stare right now 😐😂. I ate some and saved the rest for later because my stomach absolutely could not handle that.

Now… drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁 — the gingerbread village!!!
Guys, I had SO much fun making this. It honestly wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I really went into it thinking it would be a complete disaster, but hello??? I’m a crafty queen 💁🏽♀️😂.
The only challenging part was cutting the cookies at the start because they broke in some places, but did that stop me? Absolutely not. I still finished with a masterpiece and I was very proud of myself LOL.
